Installation Guidelines

  1. Position block on structural support with U-bolt holes perpendicular to pipe axis
  2. Install insulation (if using vapor barrier systems, install before block placement)
  3. Place pipe in cradle ensuring centered contact—no tilt or offset
  4. Install U-bolt through pre-drilled holes and tighten evenly
  5. Final torque to snug fit—do not over-compress insulation jacket
