Installation Requirements
Pre-Installation Checklist
- Verify substrate load-bearing capacity (minimum 5 MPa for concrete ceiling, 3 MPa for walls)
- Confirm pipe size matches Light Saddle diameter specification
- Select appropriate mounting method:
- Ceiling: Threaded rod with concrete inserts or expansion anchors
- Walls: Expansion anchors for concrete/brick, toggle bolts for hollow block
- Ensure mounting surface is clean, level, and free from deterioration
Installation Procedure

Use laser level or chalk line to ensure proper alignment across run
- For ceiling installation: Install threaded rod or anchor
