Installation Requirements

Pre-Installation Checklist

  • Verify substrate load-bearing capacity (minimum 5 MPa for concrete ceiling, 3 MPa for walls)
  • Confirm pipe size matches Light Saddle diameter specification
  • Select appropriate mounting method:
    • Ceiling: Threaded rod with concrete inserts or expansion anchors
    • Walls: Expansion anchors for concrete/brick, toggle bolts for hollow block
  • Ensure mounting surface is clean, level, and free from deterioration

Installation Procedure
